By the way, the Stupid Ranger wanted it made ABSOLUTELY CLEAR TO EVERYONE that the music notes around Leopold's head are because he is DANCING.
If the music notes were not present, then there could be some confusion that he is not, in fact, dancing. And we cannot have that. NOT ON MY WATCH.
I also think the party hat is particularly important... because it wouldn't be near as obvious or obnoxious without a party hat.
